Perfect vs. Good

After reading this quote for the first time a few short months prior to completing this painting, it's something I've found myself using as a mantra. It's so easy to get wrapped up in sketching until you can't sketch anymore and I've been forcing myself to stop over thinking so much and enjoy the process to completion.
